Bagel bites don’t have to be just for kids. Use a whole grain bagel, add some pesto, and voila—a sophisticated lunch for moms! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Aunt Millie's Whole Grain Bagels
  • 5 Tbsp pesto
  • 5 tsp light mayonnaise
  • 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 5 slices salami
  • 5 slices turkey breast
  • 5 slices ham
  • 5 leaves green lettuce
  • 1 small tomato (sliced)

Yie ld: 20 Bagel Bites

DIRECTIONS

  1. Open bagels. Spread mayonnaise and pesto sauce evenly onto bagel halves
  2. Layer bagels with Swiss cheese, salami, turkey breast, ham, lettuce and tomato
  3. Close bagel sandwiches and cut into quarters. Close each mini bagel sandwich with a toothpick
  4. Garnish toothpicks with green olives and Enjoy!
