Bagel bites don’t have to be just for kids. Use a whole grain bagel, add some pesto, and voila—a sophisticated lunch for moms!
- 5 Aunt Millie's Whole Grain Bagels
- 5 Tbsp pesto
- 5 tsp light mayonnaise
- 5 slices Swiss cheese
- 5 slices salami
- 5 slices turkey breast
- 5 slices ham
- 5 leaves green lettuce
- 1 small tomato (sliced)
Yie ld: 20 Bagel Bites
- Open bagels. Spread mayonnaise and pesto sauce evenly onto bagel halves
- Layer bagels with Swiss cheese, salami, turkey breast, ham, lettuce and tomato
- Close bagel sandwiches and cut into quarters. Close each mini bagel sandwich with a toothpick
- Garnish toothpicks with green olives and Enjoy!
